On April 10th we started a new project to rescue this dog from Ukraine. The dog's house was shelled by the Russian military, which was visible by the blown out windows in the home. Luckily, the dog survived the attack.
Once we heard about the dog we were able to move him from Hostomel to a safer place near Vinitsa. In Germany, we had a good friend who's dog had recently passed away and was looking to adopt. It seemed like a good match!
Thanks to the generous donations we've received to help provide aid to Ukraine, we were able to help coordinate the rescue effort, and evacuate the dog into Germany.
He's enjoying his new life on a farm being very well cared for by his new foster parent and enjoying play time daily!
